The Budget 2024 And What It Means For TheComputingTutor Ltd.
By now you will have seen or read the news of the October Budget, and the expected increase in Employers National Insurance.
For several years now, I have been able to keep my costs fixed, despite an increase in the cost of living. Sadly, the new budget means that I cannot keep offering tutoring services at the current rate. I have been forced to take the decision that from 1st April 2025, tutoring costs will increase to £60 per hour for all existing customers, to offset the budget tax rises.
I have not taken this decision lightly, however, as with most budgets, the devil is in the detail, and there were some details that were not announced to businesses until on the day.
What this means for you, as a current or prospective customer, is this:
For new customers, all costs will be increased to £60 per hour effective 04/11/2024.
For existing customers:
There is no change in costs up until 31/03/2025.
On 01/04/2025 costs will increase to £60 p/h.
At this point, should you wish to cancel any booked or reserved sessions you may do so without any charge or costs.
If you wish to cancel any booked or paid for sessions now, standard terms and conditions apply.
I am genuinely sorry about this, I have tried to keep my costs low, but this is no longer possible.
